All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. At check-in, it is mandatory to present the identity documents of all guests over 16 years of age. If arriving outside office hours, you must request instructions for online check-in and key collection from the secure key box at our office. Also, a cash deposit is required, which is returned on the day of departure, in cash, after checking out of the accommodations.
